Living with it
The polish is the thing to protect here — tungsten holds a mirror finish far longer than precious metal, but the CZ needs the same care any stone-set ring does. Wash it with warm soapy water and a soft brush when the stones start to look flat; skip ultrasonic cleaners, which can work stones loose over time. Take it off for heavy lifting, not because the ring will scratch but because catching a hard-metal ring on a weight bar is how fingers get hurt.
Sizing
Tungsten can't be resized after the fact, so order carefully — when in doubt, size up. It also can't be cut off with a jeweller's saw; emergency removal is done by cracking the band, which hospitals do routinely.
