An eternity band — meaning the stones run the whole way around the ring, not just across the top — set with black cubic zirconia in a tungsten carbide band. The black-on-dark look reads closer to onyx than to a diamond band: it catches light without throwing much sparkle, which is what makes it wearable as an everyday ring rather than a dress piece.

Why tungsten
Tungsten carbide is roughly ten times harder than 18K gold. A polished tungsten ring will still look polished after years of daily wear, where a gold or silver band would be covered in fine scratches. The trade-off is that hardness means brittleness: tungsten will not bend or dent, but it can crack under a sharp enough impact.
Sizing, and one safety note
Tungsten cannot be resized — the metal is too hard to cut and re-solder — so order the size you wear. If you're between sizes, size up; the comfort fit runs slightly snug. In a medical emergency a tungsten ring is removed by cracking it with a vice grip, which is faster and safer than sawing a gold ring off, so hospitals handle it routinely.
