Solid 14K yellow gold diamond-cut moon stud earrings — a crescent moon with a diamond-cut surface, which is what gives plain gold that faceted, light-catching sparkle without a single stone set in it. Crafted in genuine 14 karat yellow gold, never gold plated or gold filled, and closed with a screw back post.
What diamond-cut means
Diamond-cutting is a finishing technique: tiny facets are machine-cut into the gold surface so it reflects light from many angles at once. The result reads brighter and livelier than a polished finish, and because the sparkle comes from the metal itself, there is nothing to loosen or fall out.
