A heart-shaped signet in solid 14K yellow gold, with a single small diamond set into the face.
The face is 9 x 9 mm and the ring weighs about 2.8 g. This is a small ring. It suits a pinky or a younger hand, and it is the classic first signet.
The diamond is 0.005 ct. It is an accent, not a feature. At that size the four grades look near-identical to the eye, and Quality Gold prices all four the same. So pick on principle rather than on looks.
