A clean 10K gold cross pendant in the plain Latin form, solid gold and bright on every face, with squared arms and no ornament at all. Choose yellow, white or rose gold. It is the simple cross people come back to: nothing to date it, nothing to catch on a collar.
The bail is built into the top arm rather than soldered on, so the cross hangs straight instead of tipping forward, and it passes a standard chain up to about 3 mm.
